This is a Beautiful Mettlach postal stein by Gegen nachbildung Geschutzt I believe the date is 1889 from the markers mark. It is in great condition, in the opening of lid it has a age hairline in the stein but you can feel it. There is no chips and that is the only hairline crack I see. It about 7 1/2 inches high to the lid. its about 8 5/8 if you count the stein opener.
