RARE LARGE NWANORTH WEST AIRLINES 4 PROP ENGINE AIRPLANE TIN TOY ASAHI JAPAN

This sale is fora rare and LARGE 19 ¼” wingspan tin friction powered NWA N101735 NORTH WESTAIRLINES passenger airplane made in Japan by Asahi Toy. This plane has fantastic tin lithographingand detail throughout, which includes: large lettering, multicolored steelpaneling on the wings, 24 passenger windows, 4 metal propeller blades alloriginal, four engines, awesome pin striped style lines, and in almost un-playedwith condition! Wings are removable for storageand are straight. Tail fins are alsostraight and feature the steel like paneling – with winged NWA logo! This tin plane is a great piece of aviationhistory and marvel in design.

This tin toy plane wastested on 2-20-2015 and WORKS –when activated by pushing the four propellers spin (two center ones faster thanouter) and it makes a truly loudmechanical sound as if it is about to take flight straight from your hand!

A very large and trulyimpressive tin aviation toy!
