DESCRIPTION
So called \"Redhead Uke\" with fine original decal. Only remnants of the interior label remain but these were made by Regal, Chicago. Wendell Hall was a renown crooner from the flapper era. These rare little instruments were very good quality, well crafted with highly flamed Cuban mahogany. This is a beautiful little thing-- excellent playing condition, good setup; plays great; beautiful tone. Comes with a funky little wooden case which fits it very well.
CONDITION
examine photos 7 and 8-- The bouts on either side of the heel have imperfections. Superficially these look like repaired cracks but on careful examination show no sign of interior glue residue. I think these imperfections occurred during manufacture. In either case this is cosmetic rather than functional. One of the case latches is missing clasp. This the instrument is in excellent solid, original condition; needs no work; ready to play. Please feel free to contact me personally for in hand condition report.
