11-1/2” long; blue and cream. Although there were not many Mercury toysmade, this big one by Yonezawa is certainly the best. This model was originallya Fire Chief car. It has been completely bead-blasted, holes were properlyfilled, and the toy was repainted this nice blue and cream. The interiorcarpets, dash, and package shelf match the exterior color while the seats are anice contrast. The windows have been replaced. The chrome is good. The hubcaps,while still nice, have darkened a little, which is very common with this toy. I’mnot sure why I didn’t paint the baseplate when I redid the rest of the car. Thetires show normal wear, and the friction still works but is stiff. Thisattractive Mercury comes with an equally attractive reproduced box.
