Here we have a very nice 3 gallon crock stamped with C A Towne Orange Mass. c. 19th century. Vivid cobalt blue bird sitting on a Lotus flower. Tooled rim and applied handles. There are no chips or cracks, nor any restorations that we can see with our unprofessional eye. This piece measures 10 1/2" high, 11" across the top, 10 3/4" across the bottom, and weighs 12 1/2 lbs. This beautiful piece displays very nicely in any stoneware setting, complimenting the pieces it sits next to. Ships fully insured and packaged very well. Money back if inadvertently misrepresented.
