The item is inC) Used, Goodcosmeticcondition. It was inspected and has scuffs and scratches on the outside of the PC from normal use.The back cover is loose due to several broken taps. There are noticeable scuffs and staining on the top of the lid.(SEE PICTURES)

All ports and connections are in good cosmetic condition and the screen is inVery Goodcondition.

I was able to power on the PC using an in-house power supplyand get into the BIOS. I was able to load a temporary Linux Mint operating system to test the PC. I was able to surf the Internet using the built-in Wi-Fi and the Ethernet port.Speakers, Camera, Microphone, Bluetooth, SD Card reader, DVD Drive, HDMI Out, VGAand USB ports are working.

HDMI In port, eSATA port, ExpressCard slot, Mini Display port and Headphone jacks are untested.

The keyboard backlight does not work.

The accent lights on the front corners and the Alienware below the screen do not work.

The original operating system is missing.

The batterycharges and holds a charge but is untested. In the Bios it shows the battery is performing normally. The life of the battery is not guaranteed.

Does not come with a power supply. (330W 19.5V 12.3A/16.9A with 7.4mm x 5mm tip)
