Overall measures approximately 3½ inches wide by 4 1/8 inches tall including the instruction tab in the lower right. It is 4 inches tall without the tab.

Colors in sticker: green, yellow, orange, red, purple, blue, black.

Sticker backing sheet is white.

Originally came with an Apple //e in an early 1984 purchase.
