The Alogic Ultra Mini DisplayPort 1.4 to HDMI 2.0 Active Adapter allows you to connect your Mini DisplayPort enabled device such as a laptop or PC to an HDMI compatible display such as a TV monitor or projector. The adapter support 4K@60hz resolution and the Plug and Play design enables you to mirror or extend your display without driver or software installation. The Ultra Mini DisplayPort to HDMI Active Adapter is built to support a maximum resolution of 4K@60Hz. The adapter is HDMI 2.0 compatible with support for true Ultra high definition 4K@60Hz. It can support bandwidth of up to 18Gbps making it ideal for high-resolution gaming or video editing applications. Plug and Play - Active Chipset: The HDMI adapter includes a built-in chipset to allow support for ACTIVE conversion. The ACTIVE cable will work with Mini DisplayPort or DisplayPort outputs that are not capable of outputting DP++ such as a video card like AMD Eyefinity it will also work with DP++ outputs. The cable is also Plug and Play allowing for immediate use without driver or software installation Ultra-Construction:The Alogic Ultra range is crafted from superior materials and specially designed to guarantee a longer lifespan. Return Policy:
Return must be agreed by both parties prior to the actual return.
Claims for return must be made in writing within the first 7 days of receipt of item and Freight fees are non-refundable.
The item must be returned in the original packaging and in original condition in order to qualify for exchange, otherwise extra fee will apply.
We accept returns if the item is still in its original packaging with no missing or damaged parts and the item is returned within 30 days after purchase. 15% restocking fee applies for the returns, Minimum $10 restocking fee. And buyer is liable for returning postage.
If the item is missing the original packaging, or in the original packaging but damaged, or unsaleable condition, then unfortunately we don’t accept this returns.
Warranty:
All listed items come with its warranty description. Buyers please note the different of the warranty term:
Please email us if the item is DOA (dead on arrival) within 7 days from the date of dispatch. We will replace the item if the returned item has been found faulty after the checking by our technician. However, you will be charged inspection fee $15.00 if the returned item is found to be working and the item will be delivered back to you at your expense.
Replacement warranty: All Faulty item can be replaced with full functional unit after checking process (take up to 20 business day) within warranty period. Please be aware we only cover the postage between manufacturer and us. And buyer is liable for two-way postage of returning and sending warranty product. If there is any physical damage then warranty will void.
