The warrantycovers against faulty parts and systems, and Does Not cover damagecaused by shipping or the fault of the customer to the best of ourdiscernment. When there is a problem, please call so that we candiagnose the problem over the phone if possible. Once it isdetermined what is to be replaced, the customer must ship back thepart. The customer is responsible for all shipping chargesof returning the faulty part or system. We then ship thereplacement back using the same service, or by similar within ourshipping options.
