Shipping and Handling

• All orders are typically shipped out within 1 business day, but please allow up to 2 business days for processing and packaging. As a reminder our business days are Monday-Thursday, any order placed on Thursday or later will typically ship out on the following Monday.

• Shipping costs depend on the item for sale. For larger items/orders you make be asked if a freight shipment is possible. We will provide a freight quote and send an invoice if necessary to cover shipping costs. If a listing includes free shipping but you are located in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, shipping charges may still apply.If an item includes free shipping and is changed to a freight shipment you as a buyer agree to pay the invoice amount you are sent.

• For international sales we only ship items through 's Global Shipping Program. We do not ship items to APO, FPO, or PO Boxes. If a shipment has a tracking number it will automatically be sent to you after the shipment is processed.

• Please note for international sales we do not accept returns for any reason. If a purchase would be covered by 's "Money Back Guarantee" you as a buyer will be issued a full refund where applicable upon providing sufficient evidence that the order does qualify to be covered under 's "Money Back Guarantee".
