A Royal Copenhagen faun with squirrel figure by Christian Thomsen, circa 1980 - 84. Model number 456 Modelled depicting a fawn perched on a short fluted column shaft clutching a single reed pipe looking beneath observing a creature resembling half rabbit and half squirrel running around the base of the column and displayed on a square pedestal decorated with rose and laurel swags, marked beneath with the green Royal Copenhagen Mark as shown.
First quality as new damage free condition! Height 22.5cm, weight 500 grams.
