This piece is delicate and tiny with a beautiful amount of detail. The two hears are executed in plique a jour enameling that shifts from emerald to light green colors. There is one heart that has a couple of small chips at the very surface of the enameling (it does not go through) and it is noticeable only upon close inspection. The paste stones are all bright and sparkly, the pearls are all intact and everything looks original to the piece. The setting has a little bit of darkening and discoloration to the finish but its a minor amount and the piece still has a nice and consistent patina. Overall this is a charming andfinely made, plique a jour pendant, that is from the early 1900’s that is in Very good condition.
