This sale is for a antique cylinder music box. I believe it is burled wood, with a shield inlay on the top. The wood box itself is in nice condition, and without chips or any separation of the wood. The inside top has some initials and numbers, which look to be done in a pencil. There was something pasted on the top also. Perhaps the music sheet. One piece of wood trim is missing along one side, and there is no glass. Inside looks to be all there, but not sure. Bottom of box is missing a screw, which makes the inside somewhat loose. Winding mechanism turns, but feels like it is stripped. Missing one round metal piece at one foot. Buying in as is condition. Box measures 2 1/8 inches high, 5 1/8 inches x 3 1/4.
