The color is deeper than pictures show, and it was hard to get the pictures to show the detail , it is a very nice cobalt blue color, with pagoda scene and a man with a flag. . It is impressed with the name of pattern and company, \"Orientalstone\", and J. Alcock , their is a missing glaze spot over the letter G. Their is a small chip under the lid, that is notvisible with cover on, and a spot at bottom foot, that I think is a glazed miss, the same glaze miss look of the spots on the bottom.
