Antique Satsuma Coralene Plate~Iris~Meiji Period~Nippon-US Patent.1909 DESCRIPTION: Here is a fabulous Antique Japanese Coralene Cabinet Plate that dates from the early 1900s…it is beautifully decorated with with fine coralene beads and features Irises.It has a very unusual copyright stamp underneath..that reads:U.S.PATENT MBR.912171.FEB.9.1909 then some Japanese writing then JAPAN (see pics)..Very hard to show how the coralene “glows”when viewed under various lights and angles…so I shot one pic with and without angled lighting..The piece is in very good condition,,no chips or cracks..etc..there is some minor typical wear to the gilt rim… [see pics]..measures 24cms wide.This wonderful piece would make a superb addition to any collection or would also make a perfect gift..Please take the time to appreciate this gorgeous piece...Pick up from Arncliffe,near airport..Post/hand within NSW is $15..Melb.Bris is $20,Other states is $35…Internaional $60 for Airmail.[6 t0 10 days]
