An antique stoneware Mason Fruit Jar, 1-Quart capacity, Union Stoneware Co., Red Wing, Minnesota, early-1900\'s. Cylindrical form with tapered shoulder and threaded rim; glazed in a creamy-white Zinc Glaze. Marked on base: PAT JAN 24 1899. The zinc lid with milk glass insert is a good fit, but not original. Very desirable \"Blue Label\" version and HTF size in this condition.

Condition: Inherent imperfections on the glaze surface, as shown; otherwise Excellent. No chips, cracks, repaired damage or restoration work. This is an exceptional example with crisp, bold graphics.
