A FANTASTIC OLD SATSUMA PLATE BY HOZAN MEIJI PERIOD - late 19th Century Condition is excellent. Very minor gilding loss considering the age. Decoration - A wonderful scene of old Japan. The processional scene depicts a traditional carriage being pulled along.Festival crowds watch the scene alongside and from surrounding buildings.
