Up for offer is an Elgin American compact minaudiere from the late 1920\'s. It measures about 3 and 1/2 inches by 2 and 1/2 inches. The link chain measures about 4 and 1/2 inches doubled. The compact opens with a push tab to a clear case-framed mirror on the top and a fitted bottom with a rotating powder sifter, rouge cake, small lipstick tube, and two coin holders. The original powder puff is still present and appears unused. The rouge cake is still wrapped in foil. The inside bottom is signed EAM with an arrow. The compact closes with a good click.

I would consider overall condition to be excellent, with minimal signs of use and wear. Please enlarge the many pictures I have provided and judge condition for your self. It appears that this was used very little, if at all.
