Beautiful fine antique Italian gold washed hand chased 800 silver powder compact with hand painted enamel courting scene of a young man courting many women. The interior is also gold washed and has a clear beveled mirror, original powder screen and feather puff. It measures approx. 3 1/4\" x 2 1/2\" x 1/2\" high and weighs 80.4 grams. The compact is in very good condition with very very light wear, otherwiseno cracks, no chips, no dents, nobreaks or repairs - (please view all photos for the best representation of quality and condition).
