A fine and rare Georgian gold memento mori navette mourning ring with a glazed skull with diamond eyes.
Untested but will be at least 15 carat gold. 
The shoulders are engraved and the back is inscribed
\' Eliza Dunn  ob. Nov 14  1786  AE 53\'
The top of the ring measures 1 & 1/8ths\" long. For the ring size please see image with the ring stick.
The shank has had an old resizing to the back otherwise it is in very good antique condition. Comes from a fine private collection.

 Any light marks are reflections
