On offer, a lovely and gently used ladies powder compact by Foster in cream colored faux guilloche with \"hand painted\" roses spray. Sides are leaf pattern embossed gold washed brass, the back smooth. Inside we find, accessible with the press of a button, a clear and perfect mirror, beneath which is a pressure released powder well door embossed with Foster logo. Beneath this door is a fitted puff and engine turned designed well. Reveres side of powder door is applied chenille.
The piece is in good shape, all elements in working order from hinges to clasps. The fitted puff, which seems original to the piece, is included.
The piece measures 2.75\" in diameter and is approx 1/2\" thick.
