Up for sale is a wonderful stein showing Rear Admiral Sampson in uniform. This is a hand painted original stein honoring an American war hero. This stein was made in Germany in the early 1900\'s. It has a pewter lid and raised image including the decorated design on the sides. It is in overall very good condition for it\'s age. There is some light overall crazing, which is not unusual with this type of pottery. My pictures are part of my description. The stein stands approximately 8\" tall. This would be a great addition to any military or Civil War collection. PLEASE NOTE: Insurance is included in the shipping fees.
