The vintagegold filled and hand carved shell cameo necklace pendant or pin /brooch that you are offerding on is in very good condition; there is some wear through to the top of and discoloration around the perimeter of the frame but, there are no missing stones, no major scratches, no chips or cracks, no dings or dents, and no signs of repair. The pin has a gold filled frame with a filigree design in it and a hand carved shell cameo of a woman with flowers on her shoulders and in her hair facing right. The pin measures1 5/8inches wide by2 1/4inches tall. The pin is unsigned.
The clasp on the locket has been tested, it works well and holds securely.
