H. M. Shourds Antique Black Duck Decoy

Early 1900\'s Black duck decoy by the son of Tuckerton\'s H. V. Shourds. Hollow, with tack eyes, and old, old second coat gunning paint. Has the typical Shourd\'s inletted weight. Has a few shot scars, the most noticeably across the bill which I tried to show in the photos. Decoy is 16 inches long and six inches wide. A nice example by a hard to find NJ maker.
