~Pouty Patti~
FROM CHRISTINE\'S COLLECTIONEvery spirit or haunted doll has a very different personality. The majority of my collection of spirit dolls are of the positive white light. I... just as you find them very fascinating as well as entertaining.We found Patti at a Basement sale of Vintage Paranormal items that had been adopted and collected for over the past 50 years by a lady named Christine. Her collection was of many different ages. She lived alone and was known in the community as the White Witch in her small town in Illinois. Before her passing she kept detailed notes of each doll, clown or bear that she adopted and what stories were involved in their lives and, the energies that she personally experienced, their personalities, who they got along with best or, not at all.
The daughter that was running the sale, Pauline, would not release the detailed papers as she was told not to in her mothers wishes. She wanted them to go to homes where only the paranormal was understood and accepted.
Patti was always a chunky child, loud with a very pouty attitude. The strange thing was that even though she was chunky, her feet were very small. She walked very funny as if she was off to one side when walking. Thus people that knew her called her pouty Patti. She never was a social child and did not make friends very easily. She was an extremely spoiled child with parents that were very wealthy. Of-course as in most families there are deep dark secrets and when Patti lost her parents when she was just 10 years old, she was spoiled so bad that the little bit of family that could have taken her in, would not even give it a second thought.... The answer was NO! Patti was always a brat. She was shifted off to an orphanage and the other children there said she was not only a spoiled brat but she was always acting weird also. Weird? How?.... Well, according to Christine\'s records, she would do anything she could to rattle the other spirit children that she took in. You would always notice whining of a child\'s voice when she was in a room with other spirit children. You could be quietly watching television and hear something slam against a wall or drop to the floor real loud. Obviously Patti was still trying to cause havoc where other children were present to her. Oh, she loved rabbits.... she always had rabbits growing up and would brush the fur just like she was grooming a kitten. But all of that was taken away after she went to the orphanage. That little spoiled brat got hand me downs to wear and used toys to play with. A far cry from the life she had before. Unfortunately when Christine adopted her, she started spoiling her again. For some odd reason, Christine really took a liking to Patti\'s personality. Maybe Christine felt a bit sorry for Patti, we do not know. Patti would make a great first spirit doll for someone that could talk to her and show her attention. She is always sweet when she gets her way!
Patti is 17 inches long with a porcelain head, hands and feet. Her body is made of a very sturdy cloth and she is (chunky) weighted very well. Her real age is unknown.**This sale is for Patti and her spirited Rabbit ! **I have a large collection of Haunted Dolls and items and, I will be sharing some of them with you in my shop.I ask that ONLY serious people that are interested in the Paranormal and Haunted items offer.
