Shown here for your consideration is a large and impressive 13" long tin friction powered 1959 Oldsmobile Super 88 2 door hard top made by Ichiko of Japan in the early 1960\'s. Most often seen as a police car, this gorgeous two tone civilian version is much harder to find especially in such magnificent shape. The gorgeous example shown here is clean as new and in excellent 100% original condition with all parts intact. There is a strong friction motor with engine or siren sound as well. The two tone cream over beige paint has a beautiful luster with one tiny pin point ding in the trunk. Only a few small scuffs and scrapes mar the pristine finish otherwise. Chrome trim and hubcaps all have a brilliant shine with no tarnish or corrosion. Blue tinted plastic window "glass" is crystal clear void of any cracks, breaks or shrinkage. Glossy black chassis has no wear but does exhibit some small spots of spider web effect. Rubber treaded tires are all flawless with no cracks, breaks or flat spots. Friction motor runs like new; long, strong and smooth with loud engine or siren sound. A very desirable tinplate toy car made even better with a low, low starting offer and ..........as always.
