Very high quality rack. easy to assemble and mount. The mounting bracket tabs seemed to need to be bent outward to accommodate the rack. Also, the package seemed to come with an odd number of cage nuts. Perhaps one was misplaced, but careful searching did not turn up anything. (Extras from other installations ensured that this was not a problem in this case.)

Listed for a really great price + $0 shipping then almost instantly cancels my order with, "We have just informed by our courier, they said that they can't send the item to your address, they have no service in that area now," (see attached photo).
Have seen this same excuse reported in negative feedback from other potential buyers. Appears to be a pattern with this seller. eBay should investigate & ban scammers like this.
I accepted & received an immediate refund. Waste of time.
