Unit was listed as working but arrived defective. Seller refused to take responsibility for item since he had no return policy. However it should have been refunded since it was listed as a working unit but arrived unusable. No packing material used in sending the ps2. Finally received $20 refund for a $73 purchase. I do not recommend using this seller

Seller did change his decision and refunded me the full amount. I am satisfied with this outcome and would change my grade to neutral rather than negative if I could.but the system will not allow it. I appreciate that he did the right thing in the end.

The seller was responsive and quick to fix an error in my order but the item is not the game of the year version as described. GOTY version has all of the dlc and the game I received has none of the dlc. The disc and case are in like new condition. I still have to buy another one though because it doesn't contain the dlc.
