Great sealer. Needed to bump up the sealing time one notch to 3. Bags were loosing seal after about 20 min. Good seal now. Had to call for support for this one. After about 20 bags, the lid would not release. Found out it was my fault. Instead of closing the lid with 2 HANDS, I got in a hurry and was closing the lid with one hand right in the middle. Won't work. You need both hands to close lid even on both sides, my bad ! Also might want to put a board in front of sealer to raise the bag up a little bit. Great sealer, Terry
