Hereisalarge 10.75" tin ice creamvendor truck made byKTS Tatsuya in 1950s Japan. This is the rare and desirable large size version of the venerable Good Humor truck. The truck cab is a fairly accurate representation ofa1952Ford F1. It isvery clean and in good original condition with all parts intact. There is a strong friction motor with clanging bell sound as well. Bright white finish still has a great luster but there are a couple dings and scuffs to the paint. Some factory touch up can also be seen. This was a common occurrence with Japanese toy makers and merely adds to the irresistible charm of the toy. Rubber tires are all pristine with no cracks or flat spots. Friction motor runs smooth and long with loud clanging bell when motor is run. Plastic windshield is crystal clear with no cracks or breaks and still firmly attached. Sliding canopy works well but red stripes show some fading. Fragile bell and ice cream box door are both still intact. Door opens and closes easily as it should. Glossy black base has no wear. Trim is all bright but does show some typical age tarnish in spots. This is a very hard to find toywhich works great and still displays beautifully. You certainly can\'t go wrong withmy low, lowstarting offer and ........as always.
