The action twins hood ornament, 1931. As the wind or even a hand moves the propeller, the twins move up and down as they crank the whirlygig propeller. A design in motion. Beautiful condition,patina commensurate with age and careful use. Excellent physical and functional condition. Marked \"Action Ornament Co.\" St. Paul, Minnesota on the base, mounted on Italian marble, about8 1/2 inches long.
The good ones are hard to find.A beautiful Art Deco car hood ornament.
