It is in good shape, but does have some dings, dents, and scuffs. The lid appears to be original with some minor scratches or scuffs. There is one dent about 1/4 inch in diameter. This is in the above picture. I found a note on the inside of this one that says it was made for the Walgreen\'s Soda Fountain.If you have any specific questions, please feel free to ask!
