Up for offer is a very neat excavated relic civil war union belt plate. The belt plate has several dings in the front and also several bends and dents around rim. The front of the plate appears to have been slightly cleaned many years ago. The back of the belt retains both arrow style hooks and part of the tongue. The back of the buckle has some lead loss and a period repair of some sort holding the tongue portion. Neat relic 100% Guaranteed authentic in every regard.
