Here is an original I thinks sword-I think it is Imperial Russian, it is similar in many ways to an English 1821 pattern sword so I would guess maybe 1860 to 1900-I think, now the details, brass guard is nice quality, has a Austro Hungarian (I think) double headed eagle crest cast in. wood grip has no leather/rayskin or wire, single fuller bade is 29 1/4\" long, sword 34 1/2 overall, blade shows original polish but has some staining spots but not pitted or nicked, no markings, I think German or British manufacture, scabbard is about 31\" long, has a fancy cast drag and mid band, throat fitting is gone, scabbard body is pitted and someone painted silver but was originally covered with leather/rayskin while under the mounts balance of cover on the scabbard body is gone-so, nice blade and hilt, needs scabbard and grip cover and wire to restore, I would think an uncommon sword but what do I know.
