Very good condition and guaranteed original pre WWIIAustrian Steyr Solothurn MP34 submachine gun bayonet. Has the Steyr “OEWG”proof mark on the right side blade ricasso and a serial number on the left sideof the guard. These bayonets were sold with the accompanying submachine gun tovarious foreign contracts, including Chile, Ethiopia, El Salvador, China,Bolivia, Sweden, Uruguay, and Venezuela. Blade has nice original bright finishwith some scattered spotting. Remaining metal finish is original bright withsome gray and brown. Wood grips have original finish and show some normalhandling marks, lock button functions fine. Fitted in correct original steelscabbard that has original black paint with some flaking, no dents.
