Very good condition and guaranteed original pre WWII PolishWZ 24 Mauser bayonet. Maker marked to “PERKUN” on the right side of the bladewith the serial number. Left side of blade has the W.P. Polish eagle. Bayonetis marked “Wz.24” on the right side of the pommel. Blade has nice originalbright finish and was period sharpened. Remaining metal finish is originalbright with a little brown and gray. Wood grips have original finish and showsome wear and handling marks. Lock button functions fine. Fitted in correctoriginal steel scabbard that has nice original green paint showing some normalwear and one dent. The frog stud is loose. A nice example of a rare Polish WZ24 Mauser bayonet that will make an excellent addition to your collection.
