Eco-friendly Design
The TS-420 is designed to be eco friendly, and to help you save on your electricity bill. The smart fan can automatically adjust its speed based on system pre-defined criteria or a specific temperature. The hard disk standby mode sets the hard disks to enter standby mode if there is no disk access within the specified period, lowering energy consumption and extending the lifespan of the hard disks. The Turbo NAS can also be setup to automatically power on, off, or reset.

Return Policy
- If merchandise is defective we will supply you with exact same model replacement. Generally NO refunds or credits. If an exception is made to allow refund (even for defective items as replacements are free) a 20% restocking fee will be charged and this fee must be sent to us via PayPal in advance of return. (so we can refund the original transaction in full) There is a 14 day limit from order ship date to request a consideration for refund.
- Store warranty is 30 days from date of purchase after which manufacturer warranty must be used.
