Highlights include a rare Victorian snake necklace with excellent provenance, some exceptional art nouveau and deco pieces including Egyptian Revival, and a small but outstanding group of designer costume. Up for sale is a truly amazing antique art deco era Egyptian Revival silver plate, galalith, and enamel pendant necklace. The necklace is extremely well crafted and I would date it circa 1920-1930. The 3 3/8\" x 2 1/8\" pendant features a silver plated panel with vibrantly colored serpent and insect designs mounted on galalith. Silver plated fringe hangs below. The pendant hangs on a 26\" long silver plate and galalith chain. The condition is excellent with no damage and light wear consistent with age.
