Up for sale is a very scarce Lenk scenic powder compact. Made in Austria. Scenic hand-painted enamel lid with scalloped edging. Visible scratches depending on angle when held up to the light. The back is a beautiful green guilloche in very good condition with minimal wear. Detailed filigree sides. Opens to a mirror with some de-silvering and the outer retaining ring is missing. The powder well has a working powder dispenser. The hinge looks a bit wonky but works very well, no issues. The clasp is secure and stays closed. Hallmarked LENK AUSTRIA on bottom rim. Measures 2 inches in diameter. A quality piece that still shows beautifully. Gorgeous collectible Find!
