Here it is one of the most rare Pez ever! It is The Ringmaster Pez in its RARE Blue Stem variation. No Feet and EXCELLENT Condition with a3 942 683 patent number Austria or simply 3.9 as most collectors would say. Light scratch or imprefection on one side of stem, I lean toward imperfection as there is a faint impression line does not look like damage but mentioned for accuracy. NO MELT marks of any kind. I\'ve never had this one before, so I am not sure if the red hatband is solid or has a separation to it. I tried to photograph this, it does not look like a crack but it might be. Please offer with your best knowledge. This is rare one!
