According to the Royal Worcester Museum: VERY RARE, This model was only produced from 1950 to 1956. It was a special order only and very expensive. Only a handful were produced. This is only the second example I have found that does not appear to have been restored or damaged. The other excellent example is at sale house in Dania with an estimate of $7,500-$8,000. There are several very similar versions, this is the original first issue. Doris Lindner was one of the foremost aclaimed artists and her Horses in their many variants are considered her best. This piece is very large approx 15\" tall. Also has original wooden plinth.
