ROYAL WORCESTER Porcelain Figural Lady\'s Hand Ring Holder Tree, Victorian 1868

      This ring holder was probably modeled by James Hadley for Royal Worcester.  It is very similar to the rare Royal Worcester hand vase which was known to be designed by Hadley and thought to be modeled after his wife\'s hand.     Signature:  marked on the bottom with two Royal Worcester marks, one printed and one impressed, and an impressed English registration mark.  There is also an incised \"M\" and some indecipherable writing in pencil on the bottom.

     Age:  the printed Royal Worcester mark has the date code for 1868.

     Condition:  very good condition.  There are two tiny flakes on the bottom edge (see photos #18 & #19) and minor wear from use, including some wear to the gilding.  There are no hairlines or repairs.

     Size:  6 1/8\" tall
