The metal disc in thecentre of the lid spins to indicate the lucky number! Works well. The case is an off white/ivory enamel with minor wear. Opens to a clear intact mirror. Has a powder well with hinged door. The top of the door could be cleaned. Clean inner powder well. Comes with the original lamb\'s wool powder puff and signed Zephyr.
