• One Senior cane, 32 inches long, 7/16 inch diameter!
• One Junior cane, 30 inches long, 5/16 inch diameter!
• One Freshman cane, 28 inches long, 3/16 inch diameter!

Each natural rattan cane is unique, so the dimensions may vary a bit from those stated, the handle may be shaped a little differently, and the straight portion may be a bit curved. However, none of these variations will affect the usefulness of the cane.

*For international shipments, we are required by law to list the contents on the customs form.

Terms and Conditions/Frequently Asked Questions

Pickup: We are unable to offer buyer pickup. All orders must be shipped to the buyer.

Time Limit: We must receive payment in full from the buyer within four days of an purchase.

International Sales: We reserve the right to decline to sell or ship any item for export to any country.

Sales Tax: If your shipping address is in Texas, you must pay 8.25% Texas sales tax on the entire amount due, including the shipping and handling cost.

Shipping Address: We reserve the right to ship only to the address provided in your PayPal payment or only to the billing address of your credit/debit card.

Freight Collect/Third Party: We are not able to ship freight collect and charge the shipping to the carrier account of the buyer, nor are we able to charge the shipping to the carrier account of a third party.

Shipping: Our warehouses are located throughout the US. Our system chooses a warehouse, carrier, and shipping method based only on the delivery date that you select at checkout. Your order may not ship from the item location shown on . Your order may not ship via the carrier or method selected on .

Refused/Undeliverable Packages: If you refuse a package that we have shipped to you, or the carrier is unable to deliver the package to the address that you provided, we will deduct the following amounts from any refund that we make to you:

• Twice the shipping and handling fee that you initially paid. (Once to ship the package from us to you and once to ship the package from you to us.)
• Any refused/undeliverable package fees charged to us by the carrier.
• A 20% restocking fee.

We reserve the right to abandon a refused or undeliverable package with the carrier, in which case no refund will be issued and no replacement will be shipped.

Returns: Before you return an item, you must obtain our approval. If you return an item to us, you must meet all of the requirements listed below to receive a refund:

• Return the item in the same condition as received with no damage, marking, or alteration. All serial numbers, bar codes, and proofs of purchase must be intact.
• Pack the item for damage-free return shipping as if it is brand new and perfect, even if you believe that the item is defective.
• The serial number, lot number, date code, etc. of the returned item must match those of the item that we shipped.
• Include a copy of our packing list, or return authorization e-mail for the item.
• Include all packaging, accessories, manuals, etc.
• Include a description of the problem.

Warranties and Liability: Unless specifically stated otherwise above, we disclaim all representations or warranties, express or implied, including without limitation any warranties regarding quality, suitability, merchantability, and/or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall B & A Computer, our officers, employees, agents or subcontractors, be liable under any theory of tort, contract, strict liability or other legal theory for lost profits, lost revenues, lost business opportunities, exemplary, punitive, special, incidental, indirect, consequential, or any other form of damages, any and all of which are hereby excluded, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or whether any party or any entity has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Regardless, if we are found to be liable, our liability to the buyer or to any third party is limited to the greater of the amount that the buyer paid to us for the product or $100.

Venue: By making a purchase from B & A Computer, you agree that any claim or dispute that you may have against B & A Computer must be resolved by a court located in Dallas County, Texas, except as otherwise agreed by the parties. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within Dallas County, Texas for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes. All claims or disputes filed or brought elsewhere shall be considered improperly filed. Should you file a claim or dispute elsewhere, B & A Computer may recover attorneys\' fees and costs up to $1000.00, provided that B & A Computer has notified you in writing of the improperly filed claim, and you have failed to promptly withdraw the claim.
