Sorry for the delay in getting more photos and description on line... This is a Nissan Junior made by Bandai of Japan, measuring 8 inches or 20 centimeters long. It is complete but in fair/rough shape. It would be perfect for parts, to restore or to enjoy just as it is. The truck is all original except for the hubcaps which are a set of hubcaps from another Japanese vehicle of the same time period. There is one section of the vehicle where the paint has been touched up and that is on the right front quarter panel. Everything else is original. As you can see, there is missing paint, scratches, chips and scrapes, mostly on the edges. While there is a lot of wear to the paint, some of the sections are still very nice and glossy, with minimal wear, areas like the roof, the truck bed, and left side of the truck. The trim is all original, including the windshield, which is in excellent condition with no cracks or breaks. There is still some shine to the chrome trim, as well as some corrosion and darkening. The tires are still in good condition; they are not dried out. The base is a mess, with much rust and wear. Surprisingly, the friction motor still works well although it could use a drop of oil. From what I can see the truck has never been opened for repair; it is what it is. Ideal for restoration or to enjoy it for the survivor that it is. This is a hard to find truck; it is listed with a rarity rating of 7 on a scale of 1 to 10 on page 30 of the great Big Book of Tin Toy Cars Commercial and Racing Vehicles. Thanks for looking!!!!
