Up for sale is a really nice tin friction 1959 Chevrolet hardtop car made by Asahi (ATC) of Japan. The car measures 8 1/2inches or 21 centimeters long and it is complete and all original. The Chevy is in excellent, lightly played with condition. The two tone paint is in terrific condition with a few small dings and scratches in the paint. The chrome trim is nice and shiny with some areas of darkening. The interior is just about flawless and the original plastic windows are in excellent condition with no cracks or breaks in the plastic. The tires and hubcaps are in excellent condition, unfortunately the friction motor does not work. The 1959 Chevy Impala had a really unique design and it looks pretty good here on this tin friction car. The late 50\'s was an era obsessed with space travel and a new modern sense of design. The 59 Chevy fit into that mindset very well. This mid size tin friction Chevrolet will fit well in any collection. Thanks for looking!!!!
