Offered here is a heavytin miner's oil wick lamp stamped Dunlap's Pittsburg. Sold as a Dunlap's Pittsburg Miners Lamp, and would have used a paraffin based material to light a cotton wick. Used in the Eastern coal mines, however hard rock miners who moved west used them as well. Measures 3.0 x 1.50 withspout measuring 4.0. Great display piece of mining history. Thanks for looking!
