UNIQUE!! 1920\'s CZECH Signed HONEY AMBER \"STEPPED\" GLASS NECKLACE
Description

Offered here is an UNUSUAL example of an ART DECO Czech glass necklace.....signed \"MADE-CZECHOSLOV\" on the clasp, and estimated to be circa 1920\'s.

This is a VERY OLD necklace that boasts a HONEY AMBER \"Stepped\" glass pendant with drops. The Poured STEPPED GLASS measures approximately 7/8 inch wide by 5/8 inches tall.....embellished with \"3\" cascading glass drops that adds 2 inches to the length.

The chain is comprised of alternating HAND FACETED 6 sided polygons and faceted disk glass beads.....held together with Brass findings. The original closure is a spring ring clasp that is fully functional.

The necklace is a LIGHTWEIGHT and FUN piece that measures 15 7/8 inches long....with the pendant and drops adding another 2 5/8 inches to the length.

This necklace is a UNIQUE Czech piece that displays light wear for it\'s age. There are insignificant manufacturing flaws to the HAND FACETED glass and the round disk beads are all \"crackled\".....either intended or from age and visible upon close inspection. The metal findings are in really good shape....with no discoloration or corrosion.

Overall....this is a FABULOUS Czech made necklace from the 1920\'s that is in EXCELLENT vintage condition!! It would be a LOVELY asset to any vintage/antique jewelry collection.
