I\'ve recently purchased a large collection of whimsical mid-20th century jewelry (lots of figural Selro pieces) and have lots of great designer costume and art deco pieces to list. Up for sale is an EXTRAORDINARY antique art deco era Czech or Venetian glass bead necklace. I lean toward these being Venetian, but have not been able to find any similar examples. The beads are a deep cobalt blue and have silver foiling on the interior. The foiling produces an other-worldly glow that is spectacular! The necklace measures approx 27 1/2\" long with the beads measuring 9mm-10mm. The beads are individually knotted.
