Very Large Dresden Lace Aelteste Volkstedt Porcelain 3 Figures with Harp & Fireplace
offer on this vintage Aelteste Volkstedt porcelain. It is a very large porcelain, measuring approximately 18 1/2\" long by 11\" deep by 12 1/4\" high. This piece was made in the Aelteste Volkstedt factory which is the oldest manufactury in Thuringa, Germany. Unfortunately, this piece is not without its problems. It has five hairlines in the base of the porcelain. Three of them go through to the bottom of the piece. There are some small chips off of flowers and lace. I just noticed for the first time that the woman\'s head has a hairline in it from a repair. It can be seen in a couple of photos of the woman. I have shown the majority of these imperfections in my photos. There may be a few small ones that I could have missed but I haven\'t seen any others. This is an impressive piece for a china closet. All of the cracks to the base are in the back except for the one in the front that is in the center. Check out my other sales for more items, including another Dresden porcelain piece. Combined shipping is available as long as I can ship two of these pieces safely together. I will be double boxing this piece, hence the increased shipping costs. Buyer pays shipping.
